TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Throughout the execution, the Client will be kept updated on the various progress stages through a personalized newsletter, up to the shipment of the delivery.
PRE-LAYING
MarmiMar’s detailed and precise Pre-Installation service represents a mark of exclusivity and provides designers with a guarantee of uniformity in the overall design of the cladding composition.
Additionally, it helps optimize the assembly time of the cladding elements through the numbering of the individual pieces that make up the work. This service is also available for projects carried out by other companies.
COMPANY
The company extends over a total area of 15,000 sqm, which houses the various production zones and offices. The facility includes a large covered area that hosts the workshop for processing, a yard for the storage of finished products awaiting delivery, and a block warehouse for raw material storage.<br>It also comprises all the necessary equipment to manage every production phase: an overhead crane for handling and storage, cutting machines for block squaring; frames for slab production, block cutters for beams and steps, bridge milling machines for slab cutting, and a complete line for surface finishing of the processed materials.<br>Thanks to the efficiency of the facility, the company's production capacity is estimated at over 20,000 sqm of finished product per month.
To provide a more efficient service in terms of execution speed and cost optimization, the workshop has been equipped with a brand-new milling machine for slab cutting, enabling significantly high production performance. This facilitates the completion of urgent orders within very tight deadlines while fully maintaining the guaranteed quality standards.
